Had an issue with a key, but they immediately refunded me and sent a coupon. Great customer service! Also a cool kiosk experience.

Key copy was perfect, fairly quick but expensive at $8.60ish.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Key copying is good but $7.99 plus tax for one key. Come on!

Randomly came across the kiosk in the AMC after I watched my movie. I actually needed to get some keys copied so it was a perfectly unexpected to see the KeyMe available. I figured to check it out to see the pricing and if it would be worth purchasing. They had a special going on buy two get one free. This made the purchase a lot more affordable than I expect it to be. The process was very easy. They had about 8 options available in the kiosk (about $6-$8). To have the other options shipped to me were a bit high IMO ($9+). I picked 3 options from what was available in the machine. Took about 10-15 mins total (picking a design, inserting each key for replica, and the cutting process). Keys work great! Would def use KeyMe again
